Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our selection, add your chosen products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your details and payment information to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted. If you notice an error, contact us right away at info@nordhome.shop. If your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Processing time is typically 0–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. Estimated total: 4–12 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Why isn’t my tracking number active yet?
Tracking updates may take up to 3 days. During this time, you might see “Info Received,” meaning the package has been handed to the carrier but not yet scanned.
My order is marked “Delivered,” but I don’t have it.
Occasionally tracking shows delivery before the package arrives. Please allow an additional 3 days. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us so we can investigate.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties or local taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Is my package insured?
Yes, all shipments are insured and trackable until confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other local methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Payments are handled securely through trusted providers (Shopify Payments & partners) and fully comply with PCI DSS standards.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return products within 30 days. Items must be unused, unopened (for supplements), and in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
Do you allow exchanges?
Yes. The quickest option is to return the original item and place a new order.
